All payments are done through PayPal invoice. My main currency is in US dollars, please use a converter if this is not your local currency.

Once I have accepted a commission request the payment must be made within 72 hours unless you provide a valid reason for a delay (financial issues out of your control, emergency, etc). Otherwise, please have the funds ready ahead of time so as to avoid any delays.

Fill out the commission form with the commission type you want, and give a detailed character reference (either as a drawing, in description, or both so I can get a good idea of the character). Be aware that the less detailed the reference, the more artistic freedom I will end up applying when interpreting it. Let me know what sort of pose or composition you want, type of background, etc. for what is in line with the type of commission you requested.

If I accept the request, I will send you the invoice through PayPal.

Once you have sent the payment, I will begin sketching. I will provide a sketch of the work in progress for smaller commissions such as headshots or full bodies, or a more detailed thumbnail for the scene commissions that will show basic shading and lighting, as well as background. During this time you can request a change in pose, lighting, character expression, etc. If you wish to cancel the commission during this time you may, and you will receive a partial refund based on how much work has been already been completed.

Once you have approved the sketch/thumbnail I will finish the commission and send you a high quality version of the completed digital piece.

Anything I am not comfortable with (feel free to ask if a potential commission would fall under this category!)

I have the right to post the artwork on any social media/websites of my own, in portfolios, to showcase my work, etc. (unless otherwise explicitly stated in an agreement with the client)

You may not trace or copy the artwork unless I have explicitly given you permission, and under no circumstances may you claim the artwork as your own

You may reupload the artwork or use it for a personal icon, banner, etc., but please credit me for the original work

You do not have the right to use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless agreed upon prior (this includes NFTs/blockchains/cryptocurrencies)

I have the right to decline a commission request for whatever reason, stated or otherwise

I have the right to keep the payment from the commission should after the commission be completed in full a client later decides they do not like the product and wants a refund

You have the right to cancel a commission during the sketch/thumbnail phase and you will be given a partial refund based on how much work has been completed thus far

Should I cancel the commission during the commission process for whatever reason I will refund you either partially or in full depending on what work has been completed and send you the partially completed piece
